Change password and email address

How much does shipping cost?
Austria : GLS standard shipping costs €4,95-, express shipping €15.95. Standard shipping is free for orders over €200,-.
Germany: GLS standard shipping costs €4,95-. Standard shipping is free for orders over €200,-.
Switzerland: GLS standard shipping costs €19,95-. Additional costs for Swiss VAT and customs duties apply upon delivery.

Can I pick up the goods myself from the 4D OUTFITTERS Concept Store in Bregenz? Yes, self-collection is free. Please visit us in our shop in Bregenz.

Which countries do we deliver to? We deliver within Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and many other countries.

Returns and exchanges
How can I return an order? You can return items within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement by email.

How do I get my money back? The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your notification of cancellation. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

What do I do if I receive a defective package? If a defective package is delivered, we recommend that you sign with reservations and take pictures for documentation. You are also welcome to refuse to accept the package.

Can I exchange an item? No, unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service. Send the item that does not fit back to us with the return slip and re-order the desired item in our online shop.
