Would you like to return one or more items? You have the right to cancel the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. Of course, it would be a great help to us if you would print out and fill out our return form. This way we can constantly improve!

Please understand that we do not cover the return shipping costs.

Returns outside the EU zone cannot be accepted. Please read our terms and conditions

4 steps for a successful return!

1. Download and print the return form as a PDF (see PDF below).

2. Enclose the completed return form in the package.

3. Now drop off the package directly at 4D OUTFITTERS in Bregenz or send it to the following address:

4. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your notification of cancellation of the purchase contract. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

If possible, please pack the goods in the original box or equivalent packaging. Ideally, the goods should show no signs of use and should be returned in their original condition. Please do not remove the security labels or the cellophane wrapping. If the package arrives damaged, please sign with reservations or refuse to accept the package. Include the fully completed return form in the package.
