The company was founded in Holland in 2009 by Marianne van Sasse and Rene van Geer. They revolutionized the market with the Cardprotector and were awarded the Red Dot Design Award. The first leather wallet followed in 2010 and they finally won the Aluminum Award in 2012. All the leather used for production comes from Holland or Italy and has been tanned carefully and in an environmentally friendly manner under good working conditions.
