The Guest limited art editions, Small I Jaime Hayon + Supakitch

Guillaume Grando aka Supakitch is the artist behind this new version of The Guest. Supakitch started out as a graffiti artist in the 90s and since then the fluidity that graffiti requires has been instrumental in shaping the sweeping brushstroke of his work. His creative projects focus on gestures, movement, liquid material, color and reflections of light, masterfully rendered elements in the new versions of The Guest he has created for Lladró. Porcelain, and in particular the use of faded pearlescent, has proven ideal for reproducing the same watery effect, where the reflection of light gives a sense of movement and depth. The final result is enhanced by the volume of the waves that cover the surface of the piece.
